We pull invoice data directly from your suppliers and cross-reference every line against meter reads, tariff schedules, and contract terms. Discrepancies (overcharges, incorrect standing charges, estimated rather than actual reads) are flagged automatically so your team can query and recover the amounts without combing through PDFs manually.
The platform generates audit-ready outputs aligned with GRESB, SECR, TCFD, EPRA sBPR, and Net Zero Carbon frameworks. Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions are calculated to GHG Protocol methodology, and the report templates are updated each year to reflect the latest disclosure requirements.
